History: The Iowa Hawkeyes baseball team were led by Head Coach Otto Vogel for 39 years from 1925-1942 and 1946-1966. He captured 5 Big-Ten titles along the way in 1927,1938, 1939, 1942 and 1949. The current team play their home games at Duane Banks Field in Iowa City, Iowa. Duane Banks coached Iowa from 1970 to 1997 and was at the helm for their only College World Series appearance in 1972.
