At Ebbets Field Flannels, we take pride in our authentic craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label; please note that a flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached, and include the provided packing slip inside the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed once the items reach our warehouse.
